Founded by a Nurse Who Lived the Struggle
Caring Hearts Group was founded by a nurse who understood firsthand the challenges facing healthcare professionals and hospitals. After years of working in clinical environments and witnessing the effects of staffing shortages, burnout, and poor placements, Caring Hearts Group was created to provide a better staffing experience.
For over 10 years, we have partnered with hospitals and healthcare facilities across Southern California, placing nurses and allied healthcare professionals in meaningful contract roles that support both patient care and clinician well-being.
